Hopefully I can help. I am new to this too so let me know if it doesn't work. Click on the dashboard button on the top right of the screen. You will see a a button that says design on it. You will see your layout and there should be a place on the layout that says "add a gadget." Click on this and scroll down until you see the tab that says picture. This is where you can upload a picture to your page. Hope this helps
Thats the same thing I did. I went to design then add and arrange elements on there it shows what kind of layout you want. Then it has were you can add all kind of gadgets. When you look under gadgets it's a gadget called profile. You should be able to add your picture then. I also hopes this helps.
I wonder is anybody having problems with seminar besides me. I am in central time zone so to me the eastern standard time can be a bit confusing. I go to one seminar and by the time I get in it is almost over and then its time for my next seminar. This flex seminar thing has me crazy.
You should just be one hour behind the seminar time. If you go to your open seminar button it will show a list of current seminars and should say what time they all start. The time stated should be your time not eastern time. At least that's how it is on my remote menu. Hope this helps. Have a great Thanksgiving!
I am thinking hard about giving this up. This term seems to be the hardest yet and I just can't seem to keep up. The more I try the harder its getting. I want this but I guess I need more motivation.
Unit 4 citation, research, and plagiarism. The one thing I can say is I have learned a lot more about plagirism at Kaplan. If you paraphrase, quote, or what ever the case may be please give that person the credit.
I told my son I had to study real hard so I wouldn't have bad grades. He looked at me and said "ma if you bring home bad grades can I punish you like you punish me", I looked at him and asked him, "are you serious" and he knodded his head and said "yes". I said "no". He really looked like I had broke his heart.
Cynthia Don't give up! If you really want it, that is. I have 2 girls 5 and 6 and my husband who wonders why I do this when I already have too much to do. I'm 41 and some of my family say it's useless because I'm too old to be starting something now. I say Bull****!! I have a goal. I don't want my kids growing up the way I did with the notion that if you want to do good in life you will find a good man!! I don't think so! I want them to be self sufficient and confident and the only way I know how to do that is to be it myself, for them.... Whatever drove you to start school in the first place is the thought and positive notion you want to keep in your mind when it gets tough. Whenever you want to quit just get online for some positive support and it will lift you up and help you along! :) ~Becki~
Thanks Becki for the encouragement and yes I do want this. My other half is on my like crazy now since I told him I was planning on leaving this alone. He asked me what was my reason for going back to school and I told him to better my self and for my children so that they wouldn't have to go through the same thing I did. It seems we both want better for our selves and our children. I do know with this deqree my pay will go up, that is a plus. I wish you the best of luck and once again thank you!!
I am having problems with my professor seeing my posts. I need to know if I am doing this right and why she can not find me. I see that she is following me. Can somebody help with this situation because I do not need to fail this class because of an simple error. HELP!!!
